What We Do

Skills, leadership, and the power to act together.

Three programs that reinforce each other. People build skills. Those who learn go on to teach. And organizations gain what they need to bring people together and move them to act.

Program 01

Digital Skills & Access

Classes built around what people actually encounter day to day. We hold them in community spaces people already use, and we meet learners wherever they are starting from. Someone who has never used a computer and someone who has been getting by on a phone for a decade can sit in the same room and both leave with what they came for.

What you learn

  • Using a computer or tablet, and navigating the internet with confidence
  • Staying safe online: passwords, recognizing scams, and protecting your information
  • Email, video calls, and sharing documents without losing them
  • Applying for jobs, and building a resume that uploads correctly the first time
  • Reaching essential services: benefits, school forms, and appointments

Instruction is hands-on. People practice the actual tasks they need, so they leave able to handle their own business rather than able to describe how it works.

Program 02

Community Technology Leadership

The people who complete our classes make the strongest instructors for the next group. They live in the community, they are already trusted, and they understand the specific obstacles their neighbors face. We train them to take the work further, and we compensate those roles where funding allows.

Where people go from here

  • Helping neighbors get connected and stay connected
  • Teaching the next class, often the same one they completed
  • Representing the community when decisions get made about internet access and technology
  • Serving on a community technology council that sets local priorities

This is how the knowledge stays in place. When a program ends, the people who learned it are still there, and so is everything they know.

Program 03

Digital Community Building, Management & Mobilization

DCBMM for short. We work with organizations that have built a following but have no reliable way to turn it into action. We build that capability with you, train your team to run it, and hand it over so it does not depend on us.

What you walk away with

  • A repeatable way to bring your people together and keep them engaged
  • A clear path that moves someone from following, to joining, to speaking up
  • A method for identifying the leaders already inside your own list
  • Online participation that translates into people in the room

Why Together

Each part makes the next one possible

These are not three separate offerings. They are one system, and the order matters.

Skills open the door

People cannot join what they cannot reach. Access and basic skills are where everything starts.

Learners become instructors

Teaching is built into the program, so knowledge spreads through the community rather than leaving with us.

Local leaders make organizations effective

Organizations struggle to reach people without trusted community members doing the outreach.

Effective organizations produce results

People acting together change outcomes, and those results open the door for the next group of learners.

How We Sustain It

What we earn funds the classes

When organizations hire us to train their teams, that revenue supports the community programs. Communities and organizations with the fewest resources are served first.

Let's build it together.
